The story in detail.


The company was founded in Kharkov(Ukraine) by two Ukrainian entrepreneurs - Yaroslav Bysaga and Yuriy Dudyrev.


The company is primarily focused on sales of spare parts for KamAZ vehicles (30 references in its product portfolio).
In 1995 the company stuff comprised 6 employees who worked in a small store with warehousing facilities.

1996-2001 The components for GAZ and MAZ were introduced in the company product line in 1997-1998.
In 1998 the company launched a new business activity - forwarding services using its own fleet.
In 2001 the company started distributing tires, with a chief focus on tires for commercial vehicles.
The number of employees increased to 100 by the end of 2001.
2002-2004 The company started to sale commercial vehicles and heavy-weight machinery, in particular, KamAZ and MAZ trucks.
By 2002 the product portfolio was extended to 3000 SKUs.
The company completely automated its accounting system, and, thus, enhanced its efficiency in sales and controlling.
New subdivisions were opened in the main Ukrainian cities - Kiev, Odessa, Donetsk, Ternopol.
The logistic center Omega (with total storage area of 15 000 sq.m.) was opened in 2004.
2005-2009 The present company name "TPC Omega-Avtopostavka" was registered in May 2005.
In 2006 the company product portfolio included 15000 SKUs supplied by over 50 different manufacturers, the company stuff comprised 800 specialists.
The first point of franchise network "Dorozhnaya Karta" which belongs to OMEGA was opened in Kharkov.
In 2007 OMEGA starts to use the storage facilities of DELTA (with total storage area of 28 600 sq.m.) as tires stock.
In 2009 the company jointly with Goodyear launched a project "DK Truck Force" specialized in rendering tire servicing for commercial vehicles.
OMEGA has implemented the warehouse management system SOLVO.

Franchise networks "Dorozhnaya karta" and "DK Truck Force" has covered the whole territory of Ukraine.
To store the growing number of SKUs additional 9000 sq.m. were rented (chiefly for spare parts to non-CIS vehicles) at the warehouse facilities of Kharelektro.
OMEGA organizes the annual international exhibition "OMEGA PARTNERS" which gathered in one place manufactures of spare parts, tires and oils (over 4000 visitors).

Herewith we are happy to inform You that we have launched a regional warehouse in Kiev which will allow us to reduce delivery time for the partners located in Western and Southern regions of Ukraine.
In may 2012 the Company became a shareholder in European major purchase union Temot International.
Opening of 23 regional distribution warehouses in every region of Ukraine.
Certified supplier of spare parts and equipment for «Bosch Car Service».
Regional distribution branches opening: Dniepropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, Odesa.
The project of National chain of independent service stations named AUTODOC has started.
OMEGA OPEN FACE 2015 - the first meeting of the suppliers and partners of the company was held in Kharkiv.
Branches were opened in Lviv, Mykolaiv, Kyiv-2, Poltava and Uzhgorod.
Branches were opened in Zhytomyr, Kryvyi Rih, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi, Khmelnytskyi, Ivano-Frankivsk and Kropyvnytskyi.
«Omega-Avtopostavka» together with Schaeffler Group and Goodyear held the Truck Expert Session workshops for truck fleets and truck service stations.
Branches were opened in Rivne, Sumy and Kremenchuk.

Nowadays the range of the company includes goods from more than 350 producers - the largest in Ukraine stock of spare parts and component parts for trucks and passenger cars from CIS and non-CIS countries. The company possesses the widest partner network of car parts retail shops. 

"OMEGA-Avtopostavka" comprises the top ten of Kharkov region budget generating companies. For years of work the company has become the multiple award-winner in nominations "The best employer" and "The best enterprise".
